Shan has previously worked in real estate acquisition and investment across the United States with Yihai Group. Prior to joining 6R Capital, she was a management consultant at Ernst & Young working with the insurance and financial services group.
Shan graduated from Columbia University with a Master of Science in Real Estate Development, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Film studies from Emory University.
