Oz Levi

Oz has been a prominent figure in New York's real estate industry for the past 20 years, serving as an owner and property manager of various types of properties. He founded New City Management in 2003, and as its principal and founder, he oversees the acquisition, development, repositioning, management, and operations of the company's portfolio. Since its inception, New City Management has acquired and/or managed over 2,500 residential units and 100 commercial and retail stores across multiple asset classes, including mixed-use, residential, and hospitality properties in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Upper Manhattan, Queens, and New Jersey. Oz and his team have extensive experience dealing with rent-regulated tenants and complex situations, and the company employs a staff of 100. Recently, Oz has also ventured into new development projects, such as a 165,000 SF venture in Flushing, Queens, which was sold as a shovel-ready project for a substantial profit to a Canadian REIT. In addition to his role at New City Management, Oz is also a partner in Venues NYC, an events company that averages 2,200 bookings annually and has over 12,000 bookings to date. 

In addition to his experiences in New City , Oz recently CO-founded 6R Capital Group, a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning underperforming properties. Since its formation, the firm has acquired six hotels and nine mixed-use buildings within just two years. The firm's approach focuses on identifying value-add opportunities and maximizing returns for their investors through strategic acquisitions, hands-on management, and targeted capital improvements.
