Inbal Denman

Inbal Denman is founder and principal of a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning mixed-use and multifamily properties around the New York Metro area, and holding them for the long term.

Inbal has extensive experience in the field of commercial real estate, with a background in all types of capital markets transactions. She has represented buyers and sellers in numerous complex transactions including ground leases and joint ventures across all asset types including office, multifamily, development, retail, and mixed-use properties. 

Inbal received a BA in Business and Information Technology from The Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Arison School of Business in Israel, and a MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University’s Schack Institute.  Inbal also served as a Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces.

Inbal is an active Urban Land Institute steering committee member and has served as co-chair of its management committee.

Inbal lives in Manhattan with her husband, three children, and dog. She enjoys reading and traveling.
